Master’s Level Social Worker (MSW) is a professional with a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree, trained to support individuals, families, and communities through counseling, advocacy, and case management. Most benefits cover a Maser's Level Social Worker, but please confirm with your benefits.

Rachel is a Registered Provisional Psychologist who has a background in formal assessments and training in CBT. Her background gives her a deeper understanding of the different ways mental health issues show up in and impact life and has a great appreciation for how important one’s well-being is on all aspects of life. Barbara Garside is Registered Psychologist with individuals of all ages including children, adolescents, and adults. Barbara has over a decade of additional experience working with children as both a private-studio music teacher and as an elementary music teacher.

Working from a person-centered approach, Barbara strives to create a safe place for you to be your authentic self, whoever that might be. Barbara believes that you are the expert on your life and will work with you to develop a plan based on your goals for therapy and how you want to get there. Barbara often works with Attention-Deficit-Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Depression, trauma, and difficulties related to life changes and transitions.

Barbara often draws from approaches based in: psychoeducation, skills-based interventions, solution-focused and strength-based therapies, humanistic theories, attachment-based approaches, expressive-arts, EMDR, CBT, and play therapy.

Carly Prive is a Registered Provisional Psychologist with nearly a decade of experience in the mental health field. Carly has been dedicated to empowering individuals to foster positive change in their lives. Her compassionate, client-centered approach emphasizes warmth and unwavering support, allowing clients to feel safe as they explore their unique experiences, thoughts, and emotions.

Carly works with children (ages five and up), adolescents, and young adults. She addresses a variety of concerns, such as anxiety-related disorders, Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), feeding and eating disorders, body image and self-esteem concerns, and attachment/relationship issues.

Grounded in attachment theory, Carly employs a strength-based approach, recognizing and highlighting her clients’ resilience. She integrates evidence-based practices, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to equip clients with practical tools and strategies for their journey.

Evgeny (Eugene) Solomatin received his Master of Social Work degree in 2019 from the University of Calgary with a focus on clinical work. In 2024, he received the Registered Clinical Social Worker designation with the Alberta College of Social Workers. Eugene has over 4 years of experience in the mental health therapy field, working with children 9 years and older, adolescents, and families impacted by trauma, mental health, and relationship issues. His experience includes working with individuals affected by anxiety, depression, grief and loss, self-harm and suicidality, fetal alcohol spectrum disorder, reactive attachment disorder, oppositional defiant disorder, and post-traumatic stress disorder.

Eugene works with an attachment and strengths-based approach, recognizing that each individual has inner strengths and potential that can enrich their lives and the lives of others. Human relationships, especially those with our families, help us grow and learn in the world, and Eugene understands the value of such relationships and the need to nurture and heal them to improve our individual and family wellbeing.

Eugene offers play and sand tray therapy to help children and adults with issues such as grief and loss, relationship repair, and various traumas. Eugene also offers Emotion- Focused Therapy to individuals and families affected by strained relationships, communication issues, and emotional concerns. Eugene offers therapy modalities such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Solution- Focused Therapy, and art therapy.

Lindsay Wolf-Owczarek is a registered psychologist who specializes in the individual treatment of children, adolescents and adults. Lindsay has been in the mental health field for 18 years, and became registered as a psychologist in 2014. Lindsay has worked in public and catholic school systems (Alberta Health Services), the Learning and Development clinics (AHS) and private practice.

As humans we do best when we feel connected and understood. Lindsay focuses on creating safety and comfort to build a relationship that allows you to thrive. Lindsay primarily specializes in treating anxiety and related disorders including Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Social Phobia, Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Separation Anxiety Disorder (SAD), school refusal and school avoidance, Specific Phobia, Body-Focused behaviors (BFRBs), depression, and parent-child stressors.

Lindsay is extensively trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure Response Prevention therapy(ERP). Lindsay also utilizes third wave CBT interventions including, mindfulness and acceptance based therapies. Lindsay enjoys implementing empirically supported treatments in a flexible, creative and compassionate manner to help individuals thrive.
